the breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace it was delicious. staff helped us navigate the city i appreciated that. the riad arranged room service from a nearby restaurant our first night i was grateful.
there were no locks on the doors in our room. the sinks had an unpleasant odor.

The location was convenient for accessing the souks and other popular landmarks.
The breakfast service was unacceptable. It started late one morning. I waited a very long time (over 90 minutes) for breakfast, and other guests also left hungry. The staff seemed short-handed and didn't offer an apology for the delay (this was frustrating).

The checkout process was a disaster! I informed them the night before that I had an early pickup at 8:30 AM. Breakfast never arrived by 8:45 AM, then I wasted an additional 20 minutes trying to pay. The staff member had trouble with basic math and the card reader!
